Ann Raskauskas| Ann grew up in Potomac, Maryland. She has always been involved in beach real estate as her family has developed many Bethany Beach communities. Ann graduated from West Chester University and spent several years teaching. In 1994 she decided to redirect her energies into beach area real estate. She was named "Rookie of the Year" in 1995 and "Sales Person of the Year" in 1997. Ann's success ranges from affordable townhomes to upper end North Bethany properties.
